  I recently bought a Hotspot, a Jet pack they call it, from the Verizon store in northfield. I was assured it would be better quality than using the hot spot on my phone to connect devices to the internet. The guy, Tim, was super busy, didn't explain to me that if I wanted top speeds, I would need to pay more per month. I would not have signed a TWO YEAR contract if I had known what I was getting. Verizon store 14 day return policy doesn't allow much for me to work with. so now I'm in a 2 years contract with something that doesnt work. terrible customer service in the beginning through the end.
