  Constantly hear staff gossip about each other. It's such a turn off! The prices on most things are pretty reasonable for a resale shop. The layout is nice and spread out. Easy to find things. The housewares section could be better priced and the selection is usually sparce; never seen to have what I'm looking for. Though this can be expected when shopping a resale shop.

  This used to be my favorite (and is the only) place to find used clothes in Northfield besides Ragstock. Prices were reasonable for used clothing and household goods. However, within the last few months the prices have skyrocketed. You can except to pay around $10 for a used shirt, and what's worse, they have weeded out any and all the name brands (and those they think are name brands) and placed them on special separate racks where they mark them up to more than three times than the rest of the clothes. So long good deals! This place is run more like an expensive boutique than a thrift store.

  Need sweaters? shorts? tank tops? dishware? shoes? glassware? This community run and largely volunteer based business funnels their profits largely back to the community action center, which helps people with lower incomes get jobs, housing, and food aid! Think about it: would you rather pay $95 for those banana republic jeans or $6 PLUS knowing that you gave funding to help a brother or sister out? :) I shop here for most of my clothes!
